Yukari Kemmochi Yukari Kemmochi is a current employee of HAL Laboratory, having worked mainly in the development department during her time with the company. Kemmochi is a native resident of Japan. After graduating from her university program, she officially joined HAL Laboratory in 2006, initially working as a graphic artist.
