Takehiko Hosokawa

Current employee of Nintendo Company Limited, having worked mainly in the development department during his time with the company.

Hosokawa was born in Komatsu, Japan in 1968. Hosokawa is very much a cat person who enjoys classic board games and animated shows like the Super Sentai series. After graduating from the Osaka University of Arts, he officially joined Nintendo in 1991, initially working as a Graphic Artist for the Research & Development 1 Division.

His first prize works were designing the levels of several key Game Boy titles including Metroid 2: Return of Samus and Wario Land.
