Naoto Murakami Naoto Murakami is a current employee of Monolith Soft, having worked mainly in the development department during his time with the company. Murakami is from Ibaraki, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. After graduating from his university program and working for Game Freak, he officially joined Monolith Soft in 2012, initially working as a planner.
