Kazuyoshi Osawa

Kazuyoshi Osawa Current employee of Nintendo Company Limited, having worked mainly in the development department during his time with the company. Osawa was born in Saitama Prefecture, Japan in 1974. Osawa describes himself as a perfectionist, who grew up loving Nintendo games. After graduating from the National Institute of Technology Gunma College, he officially joined Nintendo in 1996, initially working as a Computer Programmer for the Research & Development 1 Division. ➥ Extended Profile Osawa was first assigned to the quality assurance group, where he was responsible for debugging internal software. Later, he worked on as a localization programmer on a variety of Pokémon games for the Game Boy Color. Ultimately he found himself programming several entries in the WarioWare and Rhythm Tengoku series. His last project was Wii Play Motion, where he served as program director and interface programmer.
