Ippei Ogiwara Ippei Ogiwara is a former employee of Nintendo Company Limited, having worked mainly in the development department during his time with the company. Ogiwara was born in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. After working for a variety of different companies, he officially joined Nintendo in 2010, initially working as an software engineer for the System Development Division. His first prize work was network support for Mario Kart 7 for the Nintendo 3DS.
