Grezzo Ltd. is a privately held company that specializes in video game development. The company was originally founded in December 2006 and is located in Tokyo, Japan. It's key founder Koichi Ishii, known for his work on the Mana series of games by Square Enix, was hired as CEO and president of the company in April 2007. The company has contracted minor work for third party licensees, but mainly has worked exclusively for Nintendo on several first-party projects including ports of The Legend of Zelda.
