Review copies are out. Let's get these credits.
NST may have done both versions.. at least the main work on 3DS.
Credits from the Switch version (https://youtu.be/0l_T612-5ns?t=404). Unfortunately there are no roles for any one of the staff.

The source video for the above above was from a European YouTube channel, so was presumably the European (English) text.
It matches the text I ripped from:
the European English text file in the European 3DS ROM
the US English text file in the Worldwide Switch ROM
the European English text file in the Worldwide Switch ROM
the Japanese text file in the Worldwide Switch ROM
I didn't check the digital versions of the game, but Nintendo digital and physical versions very rarely differ from each other.

As suspected, the 3DS has the same credits mirrored.
NST worked on both the Switch and 3DS versions, according to this employee:
twitter. com/JLH3LP/status/1022300956413722624
I wonder if Tokyo did much then outside of hand NST the original source and the new Odyssey assets.
The fact that Yusaku Yamanaka is listed in staff, does make it seem like Tokyo did hands on work for the Switch version at least.
I broke down the credits by company with a position from their most recent game (or what they had on LinkedIn if they were too new). It's a bit difficult to tell who's from 1UP for the most part so I grouped it in with EPD
