Dear everyone,
We know that NDCube has recently undergone one more reestructure. At the end of 2009 they put the former president of Hudson Soft as the CEO, and the next year Nintendo bought the small amount of shares remaining. Then they released Wii Party and later Mario Party 9. And Hudson was dissolved into Konami last March. My question is:
Mario Party 9 has a very large staff behind. Much bigger than previous Party games. The core staff is about 120. Are we 100% sure that all this staff is now working at NDCube? Or is it possible that some of the staff was still working at Hudson during development and we don't know yet what happened to them? I also saw some new young recruits and a couple of Sega developers.
A core staff of 120+ would make NDCube one of the biggest Nintendo companies. Bigger than Retro and Monolith Soft. Close to IS and Hal.
Any comments about that?
