Take a look. I think it would be best if we treated the personnel archives as employee id tags. Basically picture and descriptor, 2 sentences of their involvement in the company, and their game works.

Instead of an elaborate biography, which will only be granted to few people because of lack of time and lack of information. For those that get those special lenghty profiles, we just link the feature story in the employee id tag like i did in the example. We will also have a separate category for these indepth articles. The indepth articles can follow any format the author wants.

For the feature profiles, biographies.

We can do one big general story and multi-link. For example. I am going to write a big R&D1 history story, and that will be featured as the profile story for most of the 80s R&D1 guys. Obviously, Sakamoto, Miyamoto can have their own feature story. But for some other guys we can do a group story that includes them somewhere.

You read my mind! I love that idea for several reasons:

1. It makes each profile page very similar in appearance.

2. We can make each "Feature" our own style, AND we don't really have to worry about size.

3. It just makes the site better. I can't exactly explain why but the instant I saw what you did with Kano I knew it was a good idea. I'll get on that.

Yeah I can already tell this is going to be a good idea. The essential information contained in the main profile page with the biography in sub pages. It's really a unique idea for a Wiki-like format, and I'm starting to view this more and more like a proper Nintendo database rather than a Wiki that anyone can edit. It's genius! :-P

I also like that we can add more images to the sub-pages. Of course I'll link to image hosting sites so that it doesn't use up our space.
