We had the Star Fox programmers in the 90's,Corey and Tiago recently,some administration/IT staff,and the on site NERD engineers,but for the first time there's a Gaijin working as a Planner on site at NCL.
He worked on Metal Gear Solid 5 and Resident Evil 7
According to this,he and Correy are the only gaijin involved at actual game development currently at NCL :
