Shigeki Yoshida - two different persons?

I've noticed how Shigeki Yoshida is credited in some games for programming and in some others for graphic / cinema design (specially some Zelda games have him credited two times in both roles). Could it be that there are actully two different people (one programmer, the other designer) that coincidentally are called both Shigeki Yoshida? Much like there are two different Kenji Yamamoto on Nintendo.

Yes. There is a Shigeki Yoshida SRD Programmer, and a Shigeki Yoshida SPD (now EPD) Cinematic Designer. There's a chance that they are both the same person, but he transferred companies. Or, it's two perfectly independent people.

I don't think he transfered because the credits of Ocarina of Time, Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword show Shigeki Yoshida twice in both roles and I personally doubt he did that much. Makes more sense if they are different people.

Programmer: 吉田茂樹
Cinematic/graphic designer: 吉田繁樹

Kenji Yamamoto also:
Programmer: 山本健二
Music composer: 山本健誌
