All of the BGM sound banks have Toshiyuki Sudo's name in them (for example BANK_ARACT_SUDO_BGM_MENU).

Also mentioned in the sound banks is a "FUJITA" for sound effects. I can't find anyone named Fujita who has previously worked on sounds for a Nintendo game, so I'm leaving this out.

The Fujita in question is more than likely Takahiko Fujita. He's known to be at Nintendo since at least 2008, which lines up with the timeframe.
