Based on information this looks like
Nintendo EPD programmed (based on the patents which seem to directly link EPD programmers to several of the mini-games or experiences in this product).
Nintendo Cube and CAP Production cooperation, based on how they list their involvement in the website. They don't take credit for mini-game creation (which they would) but rather cooperation.
No T's Music involvement, which is a staple of music composition for NCube games.
This should be Nintendo EPD programmed the mini-games ; most likely NCube and CAP Production created the hub world used in the game. Also likely that they did art or art support on some of the mini-games.
