NCL Game Producer - Several Recent Business Trips to Orlando, FL

An NCL game producer currently working on Metroid Prime: Federation Force, has also been taking several business trips to Orlando, Florida since last June (2015) and just recently (February 2016). At first I started wondering about what Western developers might be located in Orlando that may have been picked up on a first-party contract for a new project, but then there is also the new Universal Studios Theme Park agreement.

So I'm not sure what makes more sense. An NCL game producer finding a new developer in Orlando? Or an NCL game producer taking several trips to Orlando to negotiate/arrange? the Universal Studios theme park?

Note: NCL means Nintendo of Japan! For those referring to NOA.

I would imagine that this person is most likely consulting with Universal's designers to get the right Nintendo feel for the attractions.
