- iQue had around 40 developers working on ports, localizations, and hardware in 2004.
- In 2005 iQue expanded its divisions, one for ports and localizations, and one for original software.
- iQue was working on a Netcard peripheral for the GBA / Nintendo DS which was going to allow them to release a lot of original software.
- iQue developed many original board games that utilized the NetCard's internet features, including Winner, Sheng Ji, and Chinese chess.
- Engineering Department No.1 and Engineering Department No.2 were born.
- Engineering Department No.1 handled all ports and localizations — several games finished and never released like Advance Wars
- Engineering Department No.2 created two games — 1) IQue Oral English For Social Communication had a 10 million budget and was following the heels of touch generations and Brain Age / English Training. The team worked hard and had the game near finished but it was canceled last second. 2) A free game was release in China via the iQue Netcard titled "The Sea-Hare". Several other projects were worked on but suspended and frustrated developers in iQue to leave.
- Nintendo restructured the company 2 times — including this recent incarnation where they seem to be localization and EPD Tokyo Support Studio.
