We still know barely anything but could it be possible that Atsushi Miyagi will be involved? Now that we know that he's still around thanks to Splatoon 3, I'd say that he could be an art director or at the very least an art supervisor. Miyagi has always been a bit mysterious though, we don't know a whole lot about him and who knows what he could've been doing between 2015 and 2022.
