Illusory Revelations#FE (SMTxFE)- reconfirmed to be Atlus and sounds as if Intelligent Systems doesn't even have an advisory role. The roducer, Shinjiro Takada, revealed his role in a short bit on the game's site and revealed the character designer to be toi8
Ultimate Angler (Streetpass game) - Prope (Probably the reason Yuji Naka retweeted the stream)
Battleground Z (Streetpass game) - Good-Feel
Streetpass Premium - expecting this to be the same as the other Streetpass updates, Nintendo SDD
Pokemon Rumble World - Ambrella (revealed via a rating in Australia)
Tap Amiibo - currently unknown, maybe Indieszero and some Nintendo EAD Tokyo staff
Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer - Probably some EAD2 staff, but unconfirmed who exactly

with Smash DLC & Updates and the Mario Kart DLC & Updates, I think Nintendo is thinking of these games as more services so I expect small teams from Bandai Namco & EAD1 to continually pump out updates for these games for another year or so

Also, Nintendo localized The Swapper and Little Inferno for Japan. probably no traditional development staff was used on these but they are probably noteworthy

Next Level Games, Retro Studios are still no shows and with the posting by Nintendo for Nintendo NST right after Tipping Stars came out, I'm pretty sure NST is working on something new. Also, Monster Games, from combing for their employees, I discovered a couple people left in 2014 and one did list Xenoblade 3D so that could have been done for a couple months. Camelot is also noteworthy in not currently working on something

I thought it was pretty evident that Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem was being developed internally at Atlus. Nintendo SPD Production Group No. 1 and Hitoshi Yamagami are the co-producers. IS really isn't a production unit, and the gameplay really has nothing to do with FE so much.

I don't think TAP Amiibo is particularly tied to EAD Tokyo and Koichi Hayashida (NES Remix creator). It looks more like the Virtual Console team and Amiibo team that both come from Nintendo SPD / Nintendo SDD. It's really just timed demos from the VC. We saw them in Smash Bros. already.

Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer is definitely from the Animal Crossing: New Leaf team. Obviously a smaller version of the team, but this is what Miyamoto has been pushing for. EAD to release more games, so they have to be efficient about games that can be developed with small art staffs (New Super Luigi, NES Remix, etc). Zelda, Mario Kart, and Splatoon probably eat up a good chunk of the art staff. So other games have to be developed with smaller art teams in mind.

The MK8 and Smash DLC news was fantastic. I'm hoping we get a good 6-8 more Smash Bros. characters out of it. But please more classic Nintendo characters not just boring clones or Pokemon.

I think Kensuke Tanabe and NLG game is an E3 reveal. It could be Punch-Out? Or another classic Nintendo IP and hopefully it is for this Fall to replace the hole that Zelda left.

3DS still has much games to be announced for Fall, and I think that New Super Mario Bros. 3 may be just the game for Mario's 30th anniversary and quick IP cash in. Probably the last NSMB game too.
