Black is if the company is generally freelance. There are some cases that could go either way. It is not a big deal.

Obviously Bill Trinen and Leslie Swan because of their prominent positions within Nintendo of America but I also feel that others such as Nathan Bihldorf, Rich Amtower, Alan Averil and Steven Grimm should possibly have their own pages as well not only because of their roles in Nintendo games but also publications like Nintendo Power and the player's guides.
