Makes more sense if they are different people.

There is a Shigeki Yoshida SRD Programmer, and a Shigeki Yoshida SPD (now EPD) Cinematic Designer. There's a chance that they are both the same person, but he transferred companies. Or, it's two perfectly independent people.

Could it be that there are actully two different people (one programmer, the other designer) that coincidentally are called both Shigeki Yoshida? Much like there are two different Kenji Yamamoto on Nintendo.
