The only thing differentiating them is the kanji of the first name, as shown below:

Kanji of the person we already had before: 田中 良和
Kanji of the other debugger: 田中 嘉和

Attempting to separate their backlogs of credited game works will be near impossible, especially if no kanji credits are available. In the case of a few games however (such as Rhythm Heaven and the Xenoblade 2 DLC), we DO know that 田中 良和 is the one who worked on those.
