Notes:

  • We should be seeing the first efforts of the relocated + new staff in Kyoto South Office as soon as this Fall, but definitely next year and forward.
  • I'm guessing that at least 300 staff can occupy the South Office (8500 meters). It could be more if it's just development personnel and no large facilities (motion cap, board rooms, etc.).
  • Maybe they will rent more space in the future for Kyoto South (Waterworks building)
  • When Development Center Building No. 02 building gets built in 2027, Nintendo will have probably more than doubled their R&D.
